We were told that our request was denied because of the following: 1. Can signs are prohibited 2. Second line to be 2/3 of first line in letter height 3. No monument signs, only Type A signs are allowed(which are Channel Letters) It would greatly help us if you would please take into consideration the following: 1. The can Anne Hysong was referring to is in reality a Channel Cabinet with Neon, like elongated Channel Letters. (Please see the design enclosed) 2. The Channel Cabinet is attached to the first row of Channel Letters, making it a intrical part of our Logo for Tony Roma's, which are all the same nationwide. 3. People recognize this Logo and colors and are familiar with it as "A Place For Ribs". Soup Plantation also has a similar Channel Cabinet. (Please see the enclosed photograph) 5. Concerning the Monument sign, our request was based on the fact that Soup Plantation has a Monument in the same Center. (Please see the enclosed photograph) Our Monument request is for a much smaller Monument, being only 3’ high x 6’ long or 18 square feet, keeping with the Monument Design for the Center. Thank you Sir, for your consideration in this matter. Sincerely, David M. Terrack Account Manager Enclosures cc: Jim Kozen Tony Roma’s (A Place For Ribs) DMT:ds ; t -. c 'YP.'
