LIST OF l"S NEEDED
TO COMPLETE APPLICATION:
NO. PS 91-75 - COLONIAL PROFESSIONAL CENTER
PLANNING:
1. Provide a site plan with cross reference to the numbers given to each sign. For
example, indicate where &l Beam Suspended Tenant Signs may be located by using
the number 3 in those areas. Will they only be permitted on the east elevation of
Building "B" (see attached site plan)?
ISSUES OF CONCERN
PLANNING:
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
6.
Will any signs other than the monument sign be permitted to face Carlsbad Village
Drive (Elm Avenue) or Pi0 Pic0 Drive. If so, elevations of this portion of the
complex need to be provided indicating the location of signs. Will the signs
currently located along this street frontage be removed immediately or as each new
tenant leases a space?
Will any wall signs be permitted in this program? Currently, there are no
illustrations for a wall sign.
The monument pole sign is in the public right-of-way. The sign must stay out of
the right-of-way. This includes portions of the sign which overhang or cantilevered
into the right-of-way. An above ground encroachment permit could be applied for
to keep the sign in the public right-of-way. The forms, fees, and processing
procedures are at the front counter with the Engineering Department.
Will any signs be permitted on the east, west, or south side of Building "C"?
Are the only directory signs going to be located at the two locations shown on the
site plan?
Provide specifications for colors permitted on the Beam Suspended Tenant Sign.
Will logos be permitted?
