Dear Robert:
Enclosed, you will find corrections for Western
Financial Savings Rank criteria, as requested by the City of
Carlsbad.
In my opinion, I see problem with our original sign
design plans, with these required changes.
Please review with Joanie Torres, prior to re-submittal
to City of Carlsbad, accordingly.
Keep me appraised as to when we may obtain final sign
