The awning sign shall not be illuminated. Illumination of an awning sign would be undesirable due to the protrusive and dominating appearance it would impose along the street frontage.
If the building street frontage is 50 feet as discussed per our phone conversation, then a maximum 30 square feet of signage would be permitted (based on .6 sign area x lineal street frontage). Your proposal is for
37.75 square feet of signage.
