AU plans submitted for sign permitdsign program shall consist of a minimum of a site plan and sign elevations containing the following information:

Boston Pacific, Inc. (“BPI”) hereby authokes the following person to act on
its behalf in obtaining pennits and entitlements fiom the Building Department
and Planning Departments and sign all permit applications in its behalf. I am
properly licensed as required by the State of California.
BPI assumes full responsibility under the law for permits taken by persons
authorized to act on its behalf.
This authorization shall continue until the Planning Department and
Department of Building and Safety is notified in writing that such
authorization is canceled by its contractor.

FREESTANDING MENU (MULTI-TENANT IDENTIFICATION) SIGNS WITHIN NEW
SHOPPING/OFFICE CENTERS IN COMMERCIAL OR OFFICE ZONES
As of the effective date of this policy, proposed freestanding, signs (monument or pole)
approved or modified as part of a sign program, shall contain no more than the following
information:
1. the name of the Center;
2. the address number(s) of the Center; and
3. the identification of 4 or less tenants in the Center.
Compliance with this policv is not required for:
freestanding signs which are not regulated by sign programs.
0 freestanding directional signs intended for motorists and pedestrians
already in the center, and which are not visible to traffic on street frontages.
The location and design of these types of signs shall be incorporated into
the site's program through an amendment to the sign program.
freestanding signs which existed prior to the establishment of a sign
program on the property, unless modifications to the freestanding sign are
made by establishing or amending a sign program. If other portions of the
sign program are amended (i.e. wall sign colors), then implementation of
this policy is subject to the Planning Director's discretion.
No siqns are exempt from the Siqn Ordinance or any other applicable City adopted
standards (i.e. El Camino Real Corridor Development Standards). No permit shall be
required for the rotation of tenant signs within a freestanding "menu" sign.
