All plans submitted for sign permitshign programs shall consist of a minimum of a site plan and sign
elevations containing the following information:
1. North arrow and scale.
2. Location of existing buildings or structures, parking areas, and vehicular access points to
the property.
Location of all existing and proposed signs for the property.
Distance to the property line(s) for all proposed freestanding sign(s).
Provide an elevation for all proposed sign(s) which specifies the following:
A. Dimensions and area for all existing and proposed sign(s).
B. Materials the sign(s) will be constructed of.
C. Proposed sign copy.

PERMITAUTZIO RIZATION
This letter is to authorize Quiel Brothen Electric Sign Service Co., Inc. to act as agent for the
purpose of obtaining permits, variances and all necessary documents, approvals and inspections
needed before any on-site signs will be allowed for installation and completion for the project being
developed at the above address.
Please return to Quiel Brothers Sign Co. as soon as possible, the drawing left with you to secure
landlord approval is required. Required building permits can not be secured without the assessor’s
parcel number which is required on all documents in permit procedures (same may be found on tax
bill).
Filing fees, professional seMm and consultation required in obtaining permits, Variances and/or
other documents including engineering necessary for securing permits and approvals will be
charged at $50.00 per man hour plus city planning and permit fees. Additional labor and approvals
are a direct and immediate expense to Quiel Brothers Sign Co. These fees must be paid in full by
you prior to installation.
Quiel Brothers Sign Co. will not secure building permits for projects to be installed by others.
Project manufkturhg and install should not commence prior to obtaining required approvals and
building peamits.
