Hi Mary-
On the set of Legacy plans, there are several pages we need with an
approval signature from your landlord. The specific pages are:
Lr 1. Overall site map showing all the buildings in the project
e 2. The three pages with the elevation of the individual buildings with
the sign sketched in. - On the page with the Illuminated sign, in the
top right corner, is the specifications for the sign. Please change the
depth of the letters from 2 1/4" to 4". With a 48" tall letter, the side
walls need to give strength and stability. 2 1/4" is insufficient
structurally. 0 3. Legal description of the three praperties. Your landlord will have.
this information.
We are getting all the files set to rout. We need to get permits before
we do anything else. Please call either me or Ryan when you have this
information and we will pick it up immediately.
