This letter is to inform you that your architectural request to install additions to your home (as
requested on 7/2/03) and modify entry on first level has beenjttg^Me^by the Architectural
Review Committee, per the specifications submitted.
The acceptance of this improvement does not constitute acceptance of any installation details,
nor does it constitute acceptance by the Association as an item of future maintenance, which will
remain the responsibility of the owner. The approval of the Association is not a substitute for any
required governmental approvals.
Please complete and return the enclosed Notice of Completion form when you are finished with
your improvements. Once this is received, a final inspection can be made, and the review process
can be completed.
