Minor Amendment to Site Plan
Dear Jeff:
Submitted herewith is an application to modify the approved site plan for the above referenced project.
This request is to re-plot different plan types on the following lots:

The purpose of the proposed modification to the approved site plan is due to the marketing impact on the
subject lots with the currently approved plan types. The proposed floor plans are consistent with the
approved Planned Development Permit 92-01.
Three Precise Grading Plans depicting the revised plotting are submitted with this application for your
