Existing commercial complex with 2 restaurants and 1 office building. Site Development
Plan Amendment to add three restaurants. Total gross leasable area will be 42,340 s.f.,
with total 452 parking spaces generating 4398 additional daily trips. Designated loading
areas provided for each new restaurant building.
