The decision of the Housing and Redevelopment Director is subject to a ten (10) day appeal period. The appeal period has elapsed and no appeals were filed. Attached is a copy of the approved permit authorizing the installation of a radio base station within the existing basement and three cellular antennas within the existing cupola of Neiman's Restaurant. Please review all conditions carefully. Violation of the conditions could result in revocation ofthis permit. RPOO-13) and Coastal Development Permit (application no. CDPOO-28) have been received and reviewed by the Housing and Redevelopment Department together with other appropriate City departments. It has been determined that the applications are complete and suitable for final processing. The first of two 10-day public notices was mailed out on Friday, July 14, 2000. Unless additional information is presented to staff which would preclude approval ofthe project, the Housing and Redevelopment Director intends to approve the request for installation of the cellular facility and associated antennas at Neiman's Restaurant located at 300 Carlsbad Village Drive, as shown on the plans received by the Housing and Redevelopment Department on May 31, 2000. The decision of the Housing and Redevelopment Director is subject to a 10-day appeal period (the second public notice). Final approval of the project does not occur until the appeal period expires.
