Description/Explanation:
Construction of a 10, 710 square foot 2-story office building over on
grade parking (Lowered fronn street level +/- 3 feet) on a 13,100
square foot lot on Jefferson Street in Carlsbad Village. This project is
part of the Carlsbad Village Redevelopment District 7 and generally
conforms to the requirements ofthe District. We are requesting a
variance for the portion of the roof that exceeds 35 feet to
accommodate as much on-site parking as possible. We have
lowered the building +/- 3 feet from the street elevations, to mitigate
the height ofthe building.
