Date of Notice: October 14, 2003 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Housing and Redevelopment Director of the City of Carlsbad has made a final decision to APPROVE an Administrative Redevelopment Permit (RP03-14) for property located at 3243 Roosevelt Street. The property is located on the west side of Roosevelt Street between Walnut Avenue and Pine Avenue. The assessor parcel number is 204-081-14. The proposed project is not located within the Coastal Zone. The applicant, Darin Diaz, is requesting an Administrative Redevelopment Permit to demolish an existing detached single car garage and construct a new single car garage attached to the existing single-family residence. An Administrative Redevelopment Permit is required for an addition to an existing building footprint which as a building permit valuation less than or equal to $60,000. If you wish to appeal the decision of the Housing and Redevelopment Director on this matter to the Design Review Board, you must file a written appeal with the Housing and Redevelopment Department within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this decision/notice. The written appeal must be submitted no later than 5:00pm on October 24, 2003. Appeal forms are available at the Housing and Redevelopment Department located at 2965 Roosevelt Street, Suite B.
