The following findings have been made in order to approve the Administrative Redevelopment Permit
for property located at 539 Carlsbad Village Drive:
1. The Housing and Redevelopment Director has determined that the project is consistent wilh the
policies, goals and action programs set forth within the Carlsbad General Plan.
2. The Housing and Redevelopment Director has determined that the project is consistent with all
applicable development standards and land use policies set forth within the Village Master Plan
and Design Manual and Village Redevelopment Plan.
3. The Housing and Redevelopment Director has determined that the project is exempt from the
requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Section 15303 of the State
CEQA Guidelines and will not have an adverse significant impact on the environmenL
