The property is located on the east side of Roosevelt Street in between Oak Avenue and Pine Avenue. The assessor parcel number is 204-084-11. The proposed project is not located within the Coastal Zone. The applicant is requesting an Administrative Redevelopment Permit to convert a 360 square foot garage on the east end of the property to livable space, add an additional 424 square feet of livable space to the east and southwest of the existing residence, and construct a 561 square foot garage. The Design of the proposed addition will be consistent with the existing single family home. Those persons wishing to comment on the proposed project and intended action by the Housing and Redevelopment Director are cordially invited to submit written comments or contact the Housing and Redevelopment Department by 5:00pm on June 27, 2005.
