HomeMy WebLinkAboutRP 06-01; Laguna Condominiums; Redevelopment Permits (RP) (5)CITY OF CARLSBAD NOTICE OF PUBUC HEARING LAGUNA CONDOMINIUMS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Carisbad Housing and Redevelopment Commission of the City of Carisbad will hold a special Public Hearing in the City Council Chambers, 1200 Carisbad Village Drive, Carisbad, Califomia, at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, January 16, 2007, to consider recommending approval of a request for a Major Redevelopment Pennit (RP 06-01), to allow the construction of a residenfial development project consisfing of five (5) condominium units on the property located at 735 Laguna Drive and (APN: 203-110-42 & 203-110-43) in Land Use District 8 of the Carisbad Village Redevelopment Area. Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public hearing. If you have any questions or would like a copy of the staff report, please contact Cliff Jones in the Housing and Redevelopment Department at (760) 434-2813. You may also provide your comments In wrifing to the Housing and Redevelopment Department at 2965 Roosevelt Street, Suite B, Carisbad, CA 92008. As a result of the environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the Environmental Protection Ordinance of the City of Carisbad, the Housing & Redevelopment Department has detemnined that the project is categorically exempt from the requirement for preparation of environmental documents pursuant to Section 15332 of the State CEQA Guidelines as an infill development project. The Design Review Board will be considering recommending approval of the environmental determination during the pubiic hearing.
