10. FINDINGS AND CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL (IF APPLICABLE) Page 1 of 2
The following findinas have been made in order to approve the Administrative Redevelopment Permit
for The Yoga Center:
1. Retail continuity wiil not be adversely affected by this use. Integrated Heaith and Fitness location
is on the second floor of the Viiiage Faire Center, therefore, the specialty retaii continuity required
on the first floor is not disturbed.
2. Adequate parking is available on site. Per approved permit RP87-11, the Village Faire Center was
approved at one (1) required paridng space for every 250 square feet of gross floor area, requiring
the center to provide 321 paridng spaces.
3. The project is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)
per Section 15301 (minor alteration of existing private structures) ofthe State CEQA Guidelines
and will not have an adverse significant impact on the environment.

1. The proposed training studio shall not be increased in size without an amendment approvai to

2. Group classes shall not be allowed. Training sessions wili be instructed on a one on one basis
