Dear Mr. Manno: The Housing and Neighborhood Services Department has completed the review and processing of your application for an Administrative Permit to allow tables and chairs to be placed within the public right-of-way for use as a sidewalk cafe at New York Pizzeria, 3067 Roosevelt Street. The permit has been approved. The approved permit and portions of the approved plans are enclosed for your records. A full size copy of the approved plans will be kept on file with the Housing and Neighborhood Services Department. Please read all conditions carefully.
