Date of Notice: July 27, 2011 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Housing and Neighborhood Services Director of the City of Carlsbad has made a final decision to APPROVE an Administrative Review Permit (RP 11-18) for property located at 2630 Garfield Street (APN 203-142-06). The property is located on the east side of Garfield Street between Cypress Avenue and Beech Avenue. The proposed project consists of a 300 square foot addition to an existing single family home that the Army and Navy Academy use for staff housing. The Housing and Neighborhood Services Director has determined that the proposed project meets all applicable requirements and is consistent with the Village Master Plan and Design Manual. Therefore, the Director has approved the subject permit. The applicant for the permit is Brooks Worthing, to a single family home used for staff housing. The permit will allow a 300 square foot addition If you wish to appeal the decision of the Housing and Neighborhood Services Director on this matter to the Planning Commission, you must file a written appeal with the Housing and Neighborhood Services Department within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this decision/notice. The written appeal must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 5, 2011. Appeal forms are available at the Housing and Neighborhood Services Department located at 2965 Roosevelt Street, Suite B.
