All items needed for engineering review are provided for determining the application as complete. Engineering issues which need to be resolved or adequately addressed prior to staff making a determination on the proposed project are as follows: 1. Are you proposing to remove the city bench and/or trash receptacle located in front of the yogurt shop? The city bench must remain. On the site plan, please plot the location ofthe bench in relation to the proposed tables and chairs. Place proposed tables and chairs in a location that will not interfere with use ofthe bench.
