SUBJECT: RP 82-8 - CITY OF CARLSBAD - Sign Permit Application
Old World Center - Application for sign at corner of Grand
and Madison Avenues.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Design Review Board adopt Resolution No. 006
denying RP 82-8.
DISCUSSION:
The proposed application is a wrought iron tree guard sign, (see attachment)
The sign is located wholly in the public right-of-way and is therefore not
a conforming sign with Section 21.41 of the Municipal Code. This is a minor
project and no further action is required.
