SUBJECT: RP 86-11 - Boys and Girls Club (Pool) Preliminary Staff
Report
The preliminary staff report for the above referenced project
will be available for you to pick up on Friday, August 1, 1986,
after 8 a.m. This preliminary report will be discussed by staff
at the Development Coordinating Committee (D.C.C.) meeting which
will be held on August 4, 1986. A twenty (20) minute appointment
has been set aside for you at 10:20 a.m. If you have any
questions concerning your project, you should attend the D.C.C.
meeting.
It is necessary that yoa bring your required colored exhibit(s)
with yoa to this aeeting in order for yoar project to go forward
to Planning Coaaission. If yoa do not plan to attend this
aeeting* please aake arrangeaents to have yoar colored ezhibit(s)
here by the schedaled tiae above.
If you need additional information concerning this matter, please

The subject project has been reviewed by the District's
Engineering Department to determine the extent of District's
involvement regarding existing and proposed water system to serve
proposed project as follows:

We have the following specific recommendations:
1. The existing facility presently has a water service and
meter providing service off Oak Avenue. Project will
be required to adhere to all State Health Department
requirements regarding back flow protection.
Regarding fees and deposits: The developer will be
responsible for the major facility charge and direct connection
surcharge which will be collected at time of issuance of building
