SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

- Name and address of applicant, engineer and/or architect, etc.

required to maintain each zone.

9. Colored Site Plan and Elevation Plan (Not required with first
submittal). It is the Applicant's responsibility to bring one (1) copy of
a colored site plan and one (1) copy of a colored elevation to the
Planning Department by Noon eight (8) days prior to the Planning
Commission meeting.

LESSOR WILL BUILD A 6'x8' BUILDING WITH A 3' HIGH ROOF, AS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, AND WILL PAY ALL COSTS FOR THE
BUILDING AND PAINT.
LESSOR WILL BUILD THIS BUILDING IMMEDIATELY AFTER CITY
APPROVAL, AND ISSUE CF CITY PERMIT. LESSEE SHALL NOT USE TKE
PREMISES OR BUILDING FOR ANY PURPOSE OTHER THAN A FLOWER SHOP.
LESSEE WILL CARRY PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE AS WELL AS PROPERTY
INSURANCE. LESSEE IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PERSONAL POSSESSIONS
AT THE FLOWER SHOP.
POSSESSION—LESSEE WILL TAKE POSSESSION UPON THE CCMPLETION
OF THIS BUILDING AND APPROVAL FROM THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
THS TERM OF THIS LEASE WILL BE FOR TWO (2) YEARS. LESSEE WILL
PAY TG LESSOR FOUR HimDRSD DOLLARS {$^00.00) FER MONTH, EACH
MONTH FOR ONE YEAR, THEN LESSEE WILL PAY LESSOR FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS
