2. Describe the activity area, including distiguishing natural

The natural characteristics are virtually non esistent. There is no
landscaping except two fruit trees in the back yard (lemon & peach).
The lot is completely flat, and no slope analysis is required.
As concerning the man made characteristics, there is an existing
1000 square foot structure with an attached garage.

One of our priorities is energy conservation. We will be insulating the
structure, also, we intend to maximise the windows on south and western
facing walls so a to provide natural solar heating in the winter and
fresh ocean breezes in the summer.

The orientation of the proposed use will be local to the extent we are
already a local business. We will continue to hire staff and to purchase
our goods and services from the local enconomy. However, the services
which we provide will be availible to local as well as nation wide
consumers, as we do not intend on changing the current nature or structure
of our existing business.
