NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that

ofCarlsbad will hold a public hear-
ing at the Council Chambers, 1200
Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California,
at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 17,
1989, to consider approval of a Re-
development Permit to renovate an
existing residential structure to
General Office on property gener-
ally located at 2644 Madison Street
and more particularly described
as:
That portion of Lot 46 of Seaside
lands in the City ofCarlsbad, Coun-
ty of San Diego, State of California
according to the map thereof No.
1722 filed in the office ofthe County
Recorder of San Diego County July
28,1922.
Those persons wishing to speak
on this proposal are cordially invit-
ed to attend the public hearing. If
you have any questions, please call
the Redevelopment Department at
434-2811.
If you challenge the Redevelop-
ment Permit in court, you may be
limited to raising only those issues
you or someone else raised at the
public hearing described in this no-
tice, or in written correspondence
delivered to the City of Carlsbad at
or prior to the public hearing.
