Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invit- ed to attend the public hearing. If you have any questions, please call the Redevelopment Department at 434-2811. If you challenge the Redevelop- ment Permit in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this no- tice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad at or prior to the public hearing.
