Please describe fully the proposed project. Include any details necessary to adequately

background information and supporting statements regarding the reasons for, or

Description/Explanation.
The proposed project is a dance studio which will provide
instruction for children and adults. Tenant improvements
will be limited to soundproofing the walls and installation
of mirrors, barres and a wooden dance floor. There will be
no demise of the space.
The applicant currently leases space in the center along
with Jazzercise, Inc. The proposed project is an
appropriate use per City code.
