NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Design Review Board of the City of Carlsbad will hold a
hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad, Califomia, at 5:00 p.m.
on Wednesday, October 7, 1992, to consider approval of a request for a Minor Redevelopment
Pennit for conversion of a single family residence and garage to an office and warehouse use on
property generally located at 3071 Jefferson Street in Sub-area 7 of the Village Redevelopment
Zone within Local Facihties Management Zone 1 and more particularly described as:
Lot 27 and 28 in Block 48 of the Town of Carlsbad, County of San Diego
according to Map thereof No. 365 filed February 2, 1887.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the hearing. Copies
of the staff report will be available on and after October 1,1992. If you have any questions, please
call Anne Hysong in the Planmng Department at 438-1161, ext. 4477.
If you challenge the Minor Redevelopment Permit in court, you may be limited to raising only those
issues you or someone else raised at the hearing described in this notice or in written
