The attached permit allows you to retain your sign for, 1) as long as the Housing and Redevelopment Commission allows sidewalk signs to remain, 2) as long as the sign continues to meet the standards outlined within the Carlsbad Village Master Plan and Design Manual, and 3) as long as the sign is consistent with this permit approval. A site plan indicating the exact location of the sign. 2.
