NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will
consider at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at
6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26, 1985, to consider approval to amend a
previously approved site development plan which approved the construction of 195
apartment units on property generally located at the northwest corner of the Elm
Avenue extension and El Camino Real in the RDM-Q zone and more particularly
described as:
Lot 74 of Carlsbad Tract 83-20 being a portion of Lot J of Rancho Agua
Hedionda, in the City of Carlsbad according to Partition Map 823 on
file in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend
this meeting. If you have any questions please call the Land Use Planning
Office at 438-5591.
If you challenge the site development plan in court, you may be limited to
raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing
described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of
Carlsbad at or prior to the meeting.
