NOTICE OF REOUEST FOR SECOND DWELLING UNIT
Notice is hereby given that a Second Dwelling Unit Permit has been applied for to allow an
attached 607 square foot Second Dwelling Unit on property generally located at 6245 Paseo Alta
Rico, and more particularly described as:
Lot 44 of Carlsbad Tract No. 97-01, Ranch0 Carrillo Village “H”,
in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California,
according to map thereof No. 1358 1, filed in the office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County, June 10,1998.
If you have any objections to the granting of this permit or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the required permit, please notify the Planning Department, at 1635 Faraday Avenue,
Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. Issuance of a
second dwelling unit permit is an administrative action requiring no further noticing. If you have
