RE: RELOCATION OF SECOND DWELLING UNIT IN RANCHO CARRILLO-VILLAGE G
Four second dwelling units were allocated to Village G to help meet the Rancho Carrillo Master
Plan's Inclusionary requirement. At this time I would like to change the location of one of these
units. Continental Residential, Inc. would like to relocate the Second Dwelling Unit currently
approved for Lot 358 onto Lot 355 within Village G.

One (1) copy of the City's LowerModerate Income rental rate Calculation Table
One (1) copy of an Affidavit of Compliance for a Second Dwelling Unit
One (1) copy of the Approval Letter for SDP 98-12 Rancho Carrillo SDP for SDU
I hope the attached information is sufficient for staff to approve the transferal of an affordable
