Subject: Second Dwelling Unit Administrative Permits for Lots 245,252,258, 307 and
308 of Rancho Carrillo Village M
Dear Paul:
This letter accompanies documentation for submittal for Second Dwelling Unit
administrative permits for lots 245,252,258,307 and 308 of Rancho Carrillo Village M.
Other than the property owners list and addressed labels, all required plans and
documents are included in this submittal. I will contact you in the near ftiture to discuss
what the process is for those.
Lots 245,258 and 307 are being submitted as affordable housing units per SDP 98-12.
The other two lots (252 and 308) are additional second units which the owner wishes to
build.
As we discussed, I am submitting a total of nine copies of the floorplans and elevations,
and nine copies of the site plan: one per application and a set of four to be routed. Also
as we had discussed, I have attached only one copy of the Preliminary Title Report to
each application, and one additional copy accompanies the set of four site plans,
floorplans and elevations. With regard to the Affidavit of Compliance, I have not filled
in the project number as it has not yet been assigned.
I look forward to hearing from you regarding the completeness of these applications. I
am aware that Continental Residcntial, Inc. will have to sign noticew of restriction on
these propei-tics, and will pass thcm along to Continental after the City has issued them.
