Subject: Second Dwelling Unit Administrative Permits for Lots 80, 87,92, 1 1 1 , 1 17 and
141 of Rancho Carrillo Village K
Dear Van:
This letter accompanies documentation for submittal for Second Dwelling Unit
administrative permits for lots 80, 87,92, 11 1, 117 and 141 of Rancho Carrillo Village K.
These applications are for Second Dwelling Units which have already been constructed,
but were not permitted prior to construction.
Being that these Second Dwelling Units have already been built, some have also already
been sold. However, per the direction of Paul Godwin, I am submitting an old
Preliminary Title Report from when Continental Residential, Inc. owned all the lots.
Therefore, the signatures obtained on the application are from a representative of
Continental Residential, Inc., not the current property owner (if different than
Continental). If this is going to present a problem, please let me know and we can work
out a solution.
As I discussed with Paul Godwin in regards to a prior Second Dwelling Unit submittal, I
am submitting a total of 10 copies of the floorplans and elevations, and 10 copies of the
site plan: one per application and a set of four to be routed. Also as we had discussed, I
have attached only one copy of the Preliminary Title Report to each application, and one
additional copy accompanies the set of four site plans, floorplans and elevations. With
regard to the Affidavit of Compliance, I have not filled in the project number as it has not
yet been assigned.
Since these units have already been built, I assume public noticing will not be necessary.
If this is not the case, I will order a public noticing package once the applications have
been deemed complete.

I look forward to hearing from you regxding the completeness of these applications. 1
am aware that the property owner will have to sign notices of restriction on these
properties, and will pass them along afier the City has issued them. Thank you in
advance for your work in processing these permit.
Sincer y, k22-
