This application is for one Second Dwelling Unit at Lot 220. A separate application was submitted previously for Lots 205 and 216. Separate applications will be made for the remaining Second Dwelling Units as follows: Phase 2 - Lot 234*, Phase 3 - Lot 230, Phase 4 - Lot 197*, Phase 5 - Lot 190* and Phase 6 - Lot 187*. Our Plan 6 incorporates the Second Dwelling Unit into its design with access to the SDU from the courtyard. The SDU includes an entry, combined dinindiving area with full- size kitchen sink, ovedrange, microwave/hood combo, refrigerator space, hookups for washer and dryer, a separate bedroom and bath area. The single car garage is also assigned to the SDU.
