NOTICE OF REOUEST FOR SECOND DWELLING UNIT
Notice is hereby given that Second Dwelling Unit Permits have been applied for to allow one
597 square foot attached second dwelling unit each on three separate single family residences in
the Rancho Carrillo Master Plan, Village “4-4” and more particularly described as:
Lots 216, 220 and 234 of Carlsbad Tract No. 93-04, Rancho
Carrillo Villages “L” and “M’, in the City of Carlsbad, County of
San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No.
13832, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, August 10, 1999.
If you have any objections to the granting of this permit or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the required permit, please notify the Planning Department, at 1635 Faraday Avenue,
Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. Issuance of a
second dwelling unit permit is an administrative action requiring no further noticing.
