NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR SECOND DWELLING UNIT
Notice is hereby given that a Second Dwelling Unit Permit has been applied for to allow a 624
square foot detached Second Dwelling Unit on property generally located at 1650 Chestnut
Avenue, and more particularly described as:
That portion of Parcels 2 and 3 of Parcel Map No. 345 1, in the City
of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, January 3 1,
1975, in the office of the county recorder of said county
If you have any objections to the granting of this permit or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the required permit, please notify the Planning Department, at 1635 Faraday Avenue,
Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. Issuance of a
Second Dwelling Unit permit is an administrative action requiring no further noticing. If you
