Suitable for use as a complete Living facility with provisions within the facility for cooking, eating, sanitation and sleeping; b. Occupied by one or more persons; and C. Subordinate to the main dwelling unit. 2. The Property Owner(s1 listed above hereby certifies that he/she owns the above referenced property, as of the date of this affidavit, and to &/her belief and knowledge, there are no conditions, covenants or restrictions on the property prohibiting a second dwelling unit apartment. 4 3.
