The Planning Director has completed a review of your substantial conformance request
for project changes related to SDU 98-07 through 11. After careful consideration of the
information and plans submitted with this request, the Planing Director approves the
minor changes to the project based on Planning Director Administrative Policy No. 35.
Please submit five (5) blueline copies (24” x 36”) of all applicable exhibits for the project
files. The plans must be submitted, stamped “Substantial Conformance”, and signed by
the Planning Director prior to the issuance of any building permits for the project.
