SUBJECT: Submittal for a Second Dwelling Unit Administrative Permit for Village H of
the Rancho Carrillo Master Plan
This memo accompanies an application for a Second Unit Administrative Permit for
Village H of the Rancho Carrillo Master Plan. The application proposes approval of 5
second units.
The following lists the items that are provided with this submittal:
One (1 ) Land Use Review Application
One (1) Disclosure Statement
One (1) Project Description
One (1) Site Location Map
Three (3) Copies of the Preliminary Title Report
Four (4) copies of the Site Plan
One (1) 8.5” x 11“ exhibit showing which lots may be developed with second units
Four (4) copies of the Floor Plans and Elevations
Application Fees in the Amount of $3,150.00
One (1) Copy of the City’s LowerMerate Income Rental Rate Calculations Table
One (1) Copy of the City’s Affidavit of Compliance for a Second Dwelling Unit
As described in the attached Project Description, the maximum rental price for the second
units is currently $797.00. The Affidavit of Compliance for a Second Swelling Unit for will
be completed and signed by individual homeowners at the time of purchase. As
previously discussed with City Staff, a PFF is not being submitted with this application
since there is already a PFF on file for this property.
