SUBJECT: Submittal for a Second Dwelling Unit Administrative Permit for Village H of
the Rancho Carrillo Master Plan
This memo accompanies an application for a Second Unit Administrative Permit for
Village H of the Rancho Carrillo Master Plan. The application proposes approval of 5
second units.
The following lists the items that are provided with this submittal:
One (1) Land Use Review Application
One (1 ) Disclosure Statement
One (1 ) Project Description
One (1) Site Location Map
Three (3) Copies of the Preliminary Title Report
Four (4) copies of the Site Plan
One (1) 8.5 x 11" exhibit showing which lots may be developed with second units
Four (4) copies of the Floor Plans and Elevations
Application Fees in the Amount of $3,150.00
One (1) Copy of the City's LowerIModerate Income Rental Rate Calculations Table
One (1) Copy of the City's Affidavit of Compliance for a Second Dwelling Unit
As described in the attached Project Description, the maximum rental price for the second
units is currently $797.00. The Affidavit of Compliance for a Second Swelling Unit for will
be completed and signed by individual homeowners at the time of purchase. As
previously discussed with City Staff, a PFF is not being submitted with this application
since there is already a PFF on file for this property.
