This memo accompanies an application for a Second Unit Administrative Permit for Village J and Village Q-1 of the Rancho Carrillo Master Plan. The application proposes approval of 9 second
units; 6 in Village J and 3 in Village Q-1 .

One (1) Project Description/Explanation Sheet
One (1) Site Location Map
Three (3) Copies of the Preliminary Title Report for Village J
Three (3) Copies of the Preliminary Tile Report for Village Q
Four (4) copies of the Site Plan
Four (4) copies of the Floor Plans and Elevations
One (1) 8.5 x 11" exhibit showing which lots in Village J are being proposed for second units
One (1) 8.5" x 11 I' exhibit showing which lots in Village J are being proposed for second
units
Application Fees in the Amount of $5,670.00
One (1) Copy of the City's LowerhAoderate Income Rental Rate Calculations Table
As we have previously discussed, the Affidavit of Compliance for a Second Swelling Unit form will
be completed and signed by UDC Homes, Inc and submitted to you sometime next week. As we have also previously discussed, a PFF is not being submitted with this application since there is
already a PFF on file for this property.
