Rancho Carrillo Master Plan
This memo accompanies an application for a Second Unit Administrative Permit for Village Q-I Qf
the Rancho Carrillo Master Plan. The application proposes approval of 5 second units. The units
are proposed for Lots 6, 12, 30, 53, & 101 of Village (2-1.
The following lists the items that are provided with this submittal:
Five (5) Land Use Review Applications
One (1) Disclosure Statement
One (1) Project Description/Explanation Sheet
One (1) Site Location Map
Three (3) Copies of the Preliminary Title Report for Village Q
Four (4) copies of the Site Plan
Four (4) copies of the Floor Plans and Elevations
One (1) 8.5” x 11” exhibit showing the lots in Village Q-1 proposed for second units
One (1) copy of the floor plans and elevations reduced to 8.5” X 11”
Five (5) Signed Affidavits of Compliance.
Application Fees in the Amount of $3,150.00
One (1) Copy of the City’s LowedModerate Income Rental Rate Calculations Table
As we have also previously discussed, a PFF is not being submitted with this application since
there is already a PFF on file for this property.
