SUBJECT: PUBLIC NOTIFICATION FOR SDU 99- 10, 1 1,12,13,14,15,16, & 17
Van:
As we discussed on the phone, the three hundred foot notification for SDU 99- 1 0, 1 1 , 12,13,14,
15,16, and 17 would include only one property owner, Continental Ranch. Continental Ranch is
already aware of the application. In an effort to avoid an unnecessary delay in the processing of
this application, Continental Ranch Inc. has agreed to inform the City that they have no issues
with the project and that they do not need to be noticed that the application is in process.
Subsequently, enclosed please find the following:
A 600' radius map;
A letter from First American Title Insurance Company listing the property owners within
the 600' radius map; and,
0 A memo signed by Dave Lother stating Continental Ranch, Inc. does not need to be
formally noticed regarding SDU 99-10, 11, 12, 13, 14,15, 16, and 17.
I hope that this will satisfl the City regarding the three hundred foot notification for SDU 99-1 0,
1 1,12, 13, 14, 15,16, & 17 and that the project will not be unnecessarily delayed. If you have
any questions or need any additional information, please give me a call.
