Village K of the Rancho Carrillo Master Plan
This memo accompanies an application for eight Second Unit Administrative Permits for Village
K of the Rancho Carrillo Master Plan. The units are proposed for Lots 68,71,84,90,93,96,
102 & 144.
The following items are enclosed:
Application Fees in the Amount of $5440.00
Eight (8) Land Use Review Applications
Eight (8) Affidavits of Compliance
Sixteen (1 6) Public Facilities Fee Agreements; (one original and one copy for each SDU)
Eight (8) Disclosure Statements
Eight (8) Project DescriptionExplanations, including the prospective rental rate
Eight (8) Site Location Maps
Twenty-four (24) Copies of the Preliminary Title Report
Eight (8) Copies of City’s Lower and Moderate Income Rental Rate Calculations Table
Thirty-two (32) copies of the Site Plan
Thirty-two (32) copies of the Floor Plans and Elevations
As we have previously discussed, the map for Village K has not been haled and the Assessor
Parcel Numbers for the individual lots are not available. On the application documents we have
used addresses for each of the eight lots and the parent APN for the entire village.
