Attached is a typewritten list of the names and addresses as well as two separate sets of mailing
labels of all owners within a 300 foot radius of the subject property. Also included is $3.63 for
the postage of the 11 different property owners within the 300 foot radius. All duplicated
property owners are not included in the postage fee and are crossed out on the mailing labels. If
