RE: Relocation of Second Dwelling Unit in Rancho Carrillo’s Village H
Five second units were allocated to Village H to help meet the Rancho Carrillo Master Plan’s
Inclusionary requirement. At this time we would like to change the location of one of these
units. Toll Brothers, Inc. would like to relocate the Second Dwelling Unit currently approved for
Lot 22 onto Lot 54 within Village H. Pursuant to our conversations, this is a feasible request and
attached are all necessary exhibits you requested for a Second Dwelling Unit on Lot 54:
0 One (1) copy of a Plot Plan for Lot 54
0 One (1) 8 %I1 x 1 1 ‘I Lot Location Map
0 One (1) copy of the City’s LowerModerate Income rental rate Calculation Table
0 One (1) copy of an Affadavit of Compliance for a Second Dwelling Unit
0 One (1) copy of the Approval Letter for Lot 22
I hope the attached information is sufficient for staff to approve the transferal of an affordable
Second Unit from Lot 22 to Lot 54. If you have any questions or need additional information
