Engineering issues which need to be resolved or adequately addressed prior to staff making a determination on the proposed project are as follows: 1. Show surface drainage patterns on the site plan for each lot. Surface flow shall be directed to the driveways prior to entering the public right-of-way. 2. Dimension the driveway width at the font property line. The minimum width allowed is I2 feet and the maximum is 24 feet. 3. Add the following note on the site plan: “Finish grade shall provide a minimum positive drainage of 2% to swale 5 feet away from the building unless specifically approved otherwise by the City Engineer.” 4. Dimension distances between the buildings and retaining walls. Also, the retaining wall proposed on Lot 95 is incorrectly labeled at 12 feet high. Please correct.
