The purpose of this letter is to clarify that Toll Brother, Inc. has submitted a firmal
request to relocate an approved second dwelling unit fiom Lot 58 to Lot 50 of Rancho
Carrillo’s Village H. Toll Brothers, Inc. is Mly aware that after this relocation of the second dwelling unit to Lot 50 is approved, the original approval for a second dwelling
unit on Lot 58 will be null and void.
