Description/Explanation:
Amendment to the Westfield Carlsbad Specific Plan (SP 09-01) to remove all
provisions for digital signs per City Council direction during the March 25, 2014
City Council hearing.
This amendment involves deleting text on pages 5-4 and 5-7 of the approved
Specific Plan document, as adopted by City Council Ordinance No. CS-219 on
July 23, 2013.
