Please refer to our letter dated January 30, 1975, with regard to San Diego
Pipeline Company's proposed La Costa booster station near the intersection of
El Camino Real and Olivenhain Road in Carlsbad, California.
Enclosed are the following:
1. Application For Change of Zone, accompanied by:
A. Voucher No. 175-088 in the amount of $105. 00, covering
filing fee,
B. Plot Plan - 4 prints of Drawing No. D-LC-107 - 3 prints
folded and one colored for presentation and one repro-
ducible.
C. Drawing No. A-LC-106. The 3001.radius map showing
lot numbers.
D. Property Owners1.list showing each owner in Item C
and mailing label's for each.
2. Application for Adoption of Specific Plan, accompanied by:
A. Voucher No. 175-089 in the amount of $102. 00, covering

11", 1 sepia and 1 colored copy showing cut, fill,
slopes, roads and flat area. We also have an
artistjs conception of the booster site looking
easterly from the El Camino Real which may be
used in the Planning Commission meeting.
3. An information copy of a letter that we have mailed to
each of the 300* radius property owners requesting
they indicate their approval of our proposed change
by signing the Property Owners* List. Signed copies
will be forwarded to you for inclusion with our appli-
cations.
